Reconditioned Hilux Motors / Engines for sale

Here at JH Auto Parts & Mechanical we recondition our Hilux engines in house with our very own experienced engine builders.  We do over 200 of these Hilux engines a year.  As we are reconditioning the same engine all day everyday, we have sourced all the best parts and know all the good little tricks to get these engines the best that they can be. We start off with a genuine block and cylinder head, crank and rods and send them away to get machined.  All engines are then fitted with new balance shaft bushes, big ends and main bearings.  We use a quality after market piston which is a lot more durable than the factory one. We also use new piston rings, new water pump, new timing belt and all new welch plugs, as well as new head bolts.  All engines come with a new gasket kit.  

All engines are sold on a change over basis, meaning we need your old Hilux engine back, to keep the reconditioning cycle going.  

Engine cost $5,950.00

If we are freighting our reconditioned engine to you, we charge an additional 20% core deposit ($1,190.00), which will be fully refunded to you when we receive your old engine back.

We also provide a fitting service with our qualified mechanics on site.  This is highly recommended as we are the experts in reconditioning and fitting these engines.

Fitting cost $2,112.00 (excluding oils etc)
